(root word from Greek of Genus or like Geni, as of the god, or gods); or a kung fu man who does perfect moves and yet has never practiced these moves until he has to under ordinary or extreme circumstances would be called a genius; ... a person who comes up with something perfect that they did not even know moments before; ... a person who realises their true and best usage of themselves ..."

Passionate about brands and people, Michelle spent 12 years at Nike driving their $80 million women’s business across Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Her vast experience working with cultural and team diversity, coupled with her passion for people, inspired Michelle to design solutions to help individuals and teams optimise their results. She achieves this by empowering individuals in their unique ways, thereby creating teams and organisational alignment and flow.
Having spearheaded culture change management and sustainability programs for a large international corporation for a number of years, Volker has gained invaluable experience in understanding the dynamics and challenges that typically face corporate cultures today, and how to address these effectively.
With his background in corporate business management as well as training, coaching and development, Volker has chosen to harness his passion for empowering others and his knowledge of the corporate environment to bring meaningful, long-term solutions to the business arena.
Ashley has over 12 years of experience in successfully providing IT technical, strategic and operational leadership in uniquely challenging situations. He is a results-oriented leader with a strong track record of excellent performance in turnarounds and fast-paced organisations.
He believes in a vision of 'creating a better now' for people from all walks of life to reach their self-actualised potential, so they can live a life free from limiting beliefs. This, he believes, in turn, will transform families, students, teenagers, communities, individuals and businesses, and allow them to lead authentic and purposeful lives.
Melanie is based in Cape Town and has owned art galleries in Zimbabwe and the Cape Winelands for almost two decades. She is a Master Coach and a trainer of InnerLifeSkills® Coach and Empower courses. She is involved in training coaches both in Cape Town and Europe.
As a Professional Master Coach, she coaches clients to access their wholeness. The Inner Life Skills approach enables clients to face and transcend inner obstacles and access the internal resources that live within each of us. The approach combines depth and action orientation and is significantly effective in both the corporate and personal contexts.
Melanie specialises in coaching business executives whose personal lives may be negatively impacting their performance in the work place, and those who aspire to being authentically powerful in their management and leadership roles. For those on a personal journey, she facilitates her clients growing their own, unique personal power.
Melanie has a background in the performing arts and holds an Honours degree in Theatre from the University of Cape Town; she is also a qualified secondary school teacher.
